Shipping rates

For local pickup, please contact us to confirm your order is ready before coming in.

• Australia Post Standard Shipping — $9.90 for all orders.
• Australia Post Express Shipping — $13.75 for all orders.
• Local pickup — free for all orders placed over the website.

Dispatch times

We offer same day dispatch for orders placed before 1 PM (Sydney time), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after that time, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Damaged or lost deliveries

If goods are lost or damaged in transit within Australia, we will endeavour to recover these items. If we are unable to recover them, we will replace them at no cost to you, or fully refund you, at our discretion. Please keep all packaging in case we need to lodge a claim with the carrier.
