Evidence
Erchonia builds its indications on randomised, double-blind, multi-centre, placebo-controlled trials — the same standard applied to pharmaceutical review — so the claims you make in clinic are defensible.
Multi-site RCT, placebo-controlled
Participants with chronic low back pain received a course of low level laser treatment or a sham protocol, with pain scored on a visual analogue scale at defined follow-up points.
Reported outcome. Treated participants reported significantly greater reduction in pain scores than sham at the primary endpoint.
Randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled
Low level laser therapy was assessed against sham for neck and shoulder pain with blinded pain scoring.
Reported outcome. Significant reduction in reported pain over sham was recorded, with no thermal adverse events.

Laser vs LED
Erchonia has always used LEDs as the placebo device in its randomised, double-blind, multi-centre, placebo-controlled clinical trials, to prove the efficacy of true cold lasers over LEDs.
